1. Agreement
By booking an iPerFarm experience you confirm that you are 18 or older, that you are authorised to book on behalf of everyone in your group, and that you and your group have read and accept these terms. iPerFarm is run as a proprietorship by S Nithin Kumar (Udyam UDYAM-AP-02-0105570).
2. Booking & Confirmation
Submitting the booking form together with your UPI payment and reference (UTR) number is a booking request, not a guaranteed reservation. Your trip is confirmed only after we verify your payment and the availability of your dates and send written confirmation on WhatsApp. If your dates turn out to be unavailable, you receive a full refund or a free reschedule, your choice. The on-screen confirmation and booking reference are for your records; your UTR is the official proof of payment.
3. Pricing & What's Included
The iPerFarm Experience is ₹4,499 per person for an overnight stay (check in 3 PM, check out 1 PM next day), all-inclusive. It covers pickup and drop at your arrival point in Tirupati (railway station, bus stand, or airport), your guided farm activities and experiences, a 1-night stay on a cot under the open sky (tents available on request), all farm-style meals during the stay, and the signature crop-planting tagged with your name.
Not included: travel to and from Tirupati, personal expenses, travel or medical insurance, and any additional costs arising from changes you request mid-trip.
4. Payment
The full amount of ₹4,499 per person is payable up front via UPI at the time of booking, and the UTR / reference number must be entered on the booking form. Bookings without a valid payment reference will not be processed. A GST invoice is available on request for corporate or business bookings.
5. Cancellation, Refund & Reschedule
- More than 48 hours before your trip: 100% refund.
- Within 48 hours of your trip: 50% refund.
- No-show or same-day cancellation: no refund.
- Free reschedule to another available date if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
- If we cancel (rare, due to weather, force majeure, or emergencies): full refund or a free reschedule, your choice.
Approved refunds are returned to your original UPI or bank account, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
6. Group Bookings & Availability
iPerFarm hosts one group per batch. Dates are confirmed on a first-come basis and remain subject to availability and batch confirmation. For groups of 10 or more, please use the Teams option for custom arrangements. We may require a minimum number for certain dates and will inform you in advance if a chosen date cannot run.
7. Children
Children under 8 stay free. Children aged 8 and above are charged at the standard rate. Children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
8. A Clean, Disciplined Space
iPerFarm is a family-friendly, alcohol-free and smoke-free property. Alcohol, smoking, and any intoxicants are not permitted anywhere on the farm. Well-behaved pets are welcome; we simply ask that you keep them supervised around our farm animals and clean up after them. Guests are expected to observe quiet hours and treat our hosts, farmer-mentors, animals, fellow guests, and the environment with respect. We reserve the right to refuse entry to, or remove, any guest who arrives intoxicated, carries prohibited items, or behaves unsafely or disrespectfully, without refund.
9. Health, Safety & Assumption of Risk
Our experiences involve outdoor activity, walking on uneven terrain, contact with soil, water and farm animals, and exposure to weather and rural surroundings. By booking, you confirm that everyone in your group is physically able to take part, or that you have told us in advance about any health conditions, allergies, dietary needs, or accessibility requirements. You take part at your own risk. We are not responsible for pre-existing medical conditions, injury or illness arising from a guest's own actions or negligence, or the loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. Personal travel and medical insurance is each guest's own responsibility.
10. Bonfire & Fire Safety
Bonfires and open flames are conducted only under our supervision and at designated spots. Guests must follow staff instructions at all times. Lighting unsupervised fires or tampering with equipment is strictly prohibited.
11. Care of Property
Guests are responsible for any loss or damage they cause to cots, tents, equipment, facilities, or farm property beyond normal wear, and agree to reimburse reasonable repair or replacement costs.
12. Weather, Activities & Third Parties
Activities are planned in good faith but may be changed, substituted, shortened, or skipped due to weather, safety, seasonal, or operational reasons, without this being a breach of these terms and without a separate refund for individual activities. Waterfalls and other public or third-party sites are outside our control and subject to their own timings, access, and rules.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iPerFarm's total liability for any claim arising from your booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. We are not liable for the acts, services, or facilities of third parties such as transport operators or other public venues.
14. Photography & Content
You are welcome to take photos and videos for personal use. We may photograph or film the experience for our website and social media; if you prefer not to appear, tell us in writing at the start of your trip. Photographing villagers, especially women and children, requires their explicit permission.
15. Force Majeure
iPerFarm is not liable for disruption caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, public-health emergencies, or transport strikes. In such cases we will offer a free reschedule or a fair refund based on costs already incurred.
16. Data & Privacy
Your details (name, phone, dates, and payment reference) are collected only to plan and coordinate your booking. We never sell or rent your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be discussed directly and, failing an amicable resolution, is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh.
