1. The Booking Promise
Filling our booking form is a request, not a confirmation. We will reach out via WhatsApp or phone within a few hours to confirm availability for your chosen dates. Your trip is officially booked only after we send written confirmation and you transfer the 50% deposit.
2. Pricing & What's Included
The standard Iperfarm Experience is ₹3,999 per person, all-inclusive. This covers: pickup from your arrival station in Tirupati (railway, bus stand, or airport), 4 temples + 2 waterfalls tour, 1-night farmer-style tent stay, 9 hours of hands-on farming with a farmer-mentor, all meals (4 farmer-style meals total), "Farmer for a Day" certificate, your crop tagged with your name, and drop off at your preferred station.
Not included: Personal shopping, alcohol, additional excursions outside the planned itinerary, or any costs incurred due to changes you request mid-trip.
3. Payment Terms
- No payment is collected at the booking form stage.
- After confirmation, 50% deposit is required via UPI or bank transfer to lock your date.
- The remaining 50% is paid on arrival via UPI or cash.
- A GST invoice is available on request for corporate or business bookings.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- More than 48 hours before trip: 100% refund of any deposit paid.
- Within 48 hours of trip: 50% refund of any deposit paid.
- No-show or same-day cancellation: No refund.
- Rescheduling to a different date is always free, subject to availability, if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellation by us (rare — due to weather, force majeure, or local emergencies): you'll receive a full refund or a free reschedule, your choice.
5. Health, Safety & Responsibility
Iperfarm experiences involve outdoor activity, walking on uneven terrain, contact with soil and water bodies, and exposure to weather and rural environments. By booking, you acknowledge that you are physically able to participate, or that you have informed us of any health conditions, allergies, dietary needs, or accessibility requirements in advance via the booking form or WhatsApp.
We are not liable for pre-existing medical conditions, injuries caused by guest negligence, or any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the trip. Standard travel and personal insurance is the guest's responsibility.
6. Children & Group Bookings
Children under 8 stay free. Children 8 and above are priced at the adult rate. Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. For groups of 10 or more, please use the corporate booking option for custom pricing.
7. Conduct & Respect
Our village hosts, farmer-mentors, and the temples we visit are sacred to us. Guests are expected to dress modestly when visiting temples, refrain from intoxication, and treat all local hosts, animals, and the environment with respect. We reserve the right to end the experience without refund for any guest behaving disrespectfully, unsafely, or against local cultural norms.
8. Photography & Content
You're welcome to take photos and videos for personal use. We may also take photos of the experience for our website and social media — if you do not wish to appear in our content, please let us know in writing at the start of your trip. Personal photography of villagers, especially women and children, must be done with their explicit permission.
9. Force Majeure
Iperfarm is not liable for trip disruption due to events outside our control: natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, transport strikes, or any other force-majeure event. In such cases, we'll offer a free reschedule or partial refund based on costs already incurred.
10. Data & Privacy
Your personal details (name, phone, email, travel dates) are collected only to plan and coordinate your booking. We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
11. Disputes & Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising out of or relating to your booking shall be resolved amicably through direct conversation first. Failing that, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, India.
